Bichsel Jewelry will accept merchandise for exchange, credit or refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. All merchandise must be in original condition (unused/unworn) and include the box with all warranty cards and instruction books. We cannot accept returns of any item that has been special ordered, custom designed or altered in any way, including sizing. Refund Payment Methods: Bichsel Jewelry has the option of refunding cash sales by cash or company check to the purchaser of the item. Sales originally paid by check will be refunded by company check 14 days from the original deposit date. Credit card sales will be credited only to the original card charged. Items received as a gift may be returned for a store credit.
